Outline for my design of my logo

My logo design is going to be based off of the sherif department patch in twin peaks. It is an idealistic shape to fit anything I want in and is pretty interesting. I created this on my iPad as a standard form to show what shape it would like standardly without all the information on it/design that I'd like. 

      I won't actually be writing 'twin peaks' anywhere because that could potentially draw people away from the product if they haven't seen or enjoyed twin peaks. That being said, I chose the sherif patch because those who have intensely watched Twin Peaks and have enjoyed/taken their surroundings into place whilst watching the infamous TV drama, would know that this is Twin Peaks.

      Possibly, I could also contemplate writing 'damn fine cup of coffee' as the slogan; which would be even more of an indication that this is a Twin Peaks orientated product without writing "TWIN PEAKS!!!" right across my product.
