Sketches

In addition to the other illustrations including woodkid, woodkid is actually very subtly included within the drawing. The leaves are drawn with 0.1's and are then the thicker areas to define are by using at 0.3's. I like the over-all finish because it's a very delicate illustration; and the line work is confidently strong.

Happy birthday to Woodkid? I had a very late night of a decision that maybe Woodkid could somewhat be a balloon tied to a tree. There isn't really much explanation of why or what could be the reasoning - but I like the over-all composition. the thing I do dislike is how timid the linework is. I think it would've worked a lot better if it was confidently drawn!

Birthday Cake - maybe it isn't looking overly relevant, but I thought because the drawing style is similar  to the other's that it could be somewhat relevant. I love the linework because it is very strong and confident - I like the strange figure and I enjoy it overall.

This isn't a good one at all. Initially I was experimenting with many different things and how I could draw but the overall thing is very weak. I really don't like this one because how far away the drawing is from the others - plus it has somewhat no relevant to woodkid.

I did this observational drawing in Leeds outside a church. The peak caught my eye and then I stood woodkid on it. Woodkid looked quite confident on the top and comfortably placed - I also think that the linework is quite strong. I do wish I'd have used a larger sized pen though to make sure that the parts that need defining, are defined.
