This is very creative and definitely out of the ordinary for a CV. Everything is evidently draw in pencil/with a painting tool on a programme on their laptop. They have their experience, skills, education and how to Contact them. The flowers make it very clear what they're into illustrating (as for the little female stood on the stem at the top must represent that she's also into doing that also.
